Gorman Strategies

Technology only works when people use it. For 20 years I've helped organizations through technology change. At General Motors, I led communication for EVs, autonomous vehicles and technology as the company became a tech company, writing for executives who came from Apple, Microsoft and Google. At Whirlpool, I was on the transformation team for a Google workplace rollout to 67,000 employees worldwide. I measure how your people are really responding, give your leaders the words, and turn skeptics into advocates. I help leaders keep up with the changes AI is driving at the intersetion of business, government, and the public good.

I can provide high-impact, flexible communication leadership tailored to your organization’s needs. From strategic oversight to hands-on management to organizational restructuring, I deliver solutions that drive results. Also able to support leadership transition management, helping to go from turbulent times to opportunities for growth.

I can develop plans that take you from where you are to where you want to be.

• Six-Week Series: Intensive sessions for rapid transformation through times of change.
• Executive Makeovers: Enhancing leadership visibility with tactics that inspire.
• C-Suite Advisory: Bringing communication expertise and council to strategic planning.

Let’s explore the future, together.

I recently had the privilege of presenting on the Future of Communication to Fortune 50 Chief Communication Officers and their teams at a major consortium in New York City. The response was overwhelming, with one CCO telling me it completely transformed his approach to content creation.

Today, I’m deeply focused on how AI, content creators, and internet culture are reshaping industries.

If you’re looking for fresh, insightful perspectives for your conference, strategy session, or summit, let’s connect. I'm your favorite communicator's favorite communicator.

From CEO messaging to the factory floor, I help organizations connect with their people in ways that build trust and drive action. I design communication and advocacy programs that get employees aligned, inspired, and equipped to lead from wherever they sit.

Building strong relationships with the media is crucial for any organization. I can help you get the most out of working with a PR agency or help you to identify the right one for you. I provide media training, develop press materials, and create tailored narratives to help get your story heard through owned and earned media. My goal is to position you or your company as a trusted source of information in your industry.

Let's work together to identify and mitigate business risks. I will work with you to develop a risk management plan that fits your business needs and helps you protect your business from potential risks and threats. And if you're in the midst of a communication crisis - call me yesterday! Let me jump in to help reduce risks, navigate the turbulence, and reclaim the narrative to protect your reputation.

In January, I am guiding a small group of leaders, friends, and former colleagues through a transformative spiritual guidance focused on deep healing and true authenticity. This immersive experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, gain clarity on your life’s purpose, and cultivate the resilience needed to lead with compassion and integrity.
